To get the most out of your candle, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each light to ensure a clean, soot-free burn. On its very first light, allow the candle to burn for 2 to 3 hours until the melted wax pool completely reaches the edges of the jar; this activates the wax "memory" and prevents tunneling. Never leave your burning candle unattended, keep it on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, and limit each burn to a maximum of 4 hours.
